Healthcare Support Worker

As a Support Worker you will provide emotional and practical support to individuals who need support. Who are living with a learning disability, sensory impairment, mental health or physical disability that can be challenging. You will aim to offer a person-centred approach to service users, working flexibly to accommodate their needs. Your support is to help service users learn to live as independently as possible, by identifying and supporting them in their particular areas of need.
